Happy Ruby Anniversary! This weekend, our parish family celebrates forty years of worship life in our spiritual home. Whether you were there personally for that first Mass on August 21, 1983, or you've just joined the parish recently, please join in celebrating this milestone at any of our parish Masses, and at the parish picnic after the 11 am.
Speaking of the 11 am: this will be our livestreamed liturgy for the weekend, and I'd love to see as many of you as possible there (you're quite wonderful to listen to when in bulk).
Rehearsals Resume Tomorrow Night
It wouldn't be summer without me putting a stop to it... so, we're back in business with regular weekday rehearsals starting tomorrow night! This year, I'd ask that you plan on 7 pm to 9 pm each Thursday, but if we are in a good place for it, we'll end early when possible.
Volunteers Needed...
Our parishioners will need the printed music for our new Mass setting, of course, and I've decided to create an insert which will be placed in the front pocket of the missal covers. I'm looking for 4-8 volunteers to help get this little project done on Thursday, August 31 in the afternoon. If you're available and able to help, just send me an email. Thanks in advance!
