Just one topic for you this week, and, because it's me asking, there's a survey.

Going All-In?

There's a point in almost every rehearsal where I think to myself how wonderful it is to hear this ministry at full strength; certainly, every time we are all present for a liturgy (Triduum, for example), parishioners rave about it. While we definitely have a good thing going with the divide-and-conquer model of Music Ministry we have here, I'd love to see us combine forces more often.

So: I'd like to know what your thoughts are on the subject, and what an all-in schedule might look like for us.
