Dear Parishioner,

Christ is risen, Alleluia! Today, we celebrate Christ’s victory over death and claim the hope that it leads to a final victory in which the world will share. Although this Sunday is Easter, every Sunday of the year is an Easter celebration. I invite those visiting this weekend to join us on a regular basis to worship our God and celebrate God’s love.

I would like to thank all of our liturgical ministers who made themselves available so that the liturgies of Holy Week and Easter could be celebrated so well. Without the dedication of our music ministry, eucharistic ministers, lectors, ushers, sacristans, art and environment, and all those involved in the RCIA process, we would not be able to celebrate as fully the dying and rising of Jesus.

Let me also announce that CityMusic will be returning to St. Noel for a concert on Thursday, April 15 at 7:30 p.m. The concert is free and will include Sibelius Rakastava, op.14, Mozart Concerto for flute, no 1 in G major and Beethoven Symphony Nr. 8, op. 93, F major. Gregory Vajda will be a conductor and Heidi Ruby Kushious will be flute soloist.

CityMusic is an exciting professional group which was heard by over 19,110 people at a variety of venues throughout our area last year. They have consistently played to rave reviews.

In conjunction with the concert, our Banquet Center is offering a pre-concert dinner at 6 p.m. The buffet will include tossed salad, London broil with sherry mushroom sauce, pork with rosemary sauce, lyonnaise potatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, cavatelli with meatballs, assorted dinner rolls and assorted strudel for dessert, coffee and soft drinks. The cost is $20. Reservations for the buffet are necessary; please call the Banquet Center (440-946-6635).

Please consider bringing your family and friends with you on April 15th for great food from Chef Randy and an inspiring concert from CityMusic

Something to think about from the St. Noel Endowment Board….If your insurance policy was purchased more than a few years ago, you may be surprised to find that you can get just as much insurance today with a lesser premium or more insurance for the same premium.
