Dear
Parishioner,
With
the holidays behind us I wish to thank all parishioners for your
generosity during this holy time. I would like to thank all who
remembered me and members of our staff with cards and gifts during
the holidays. I would like to thank our music ministry for the months
of work preparing for Christmas and their willingness to come to
more than one liturgy so that all our celebrations could have music.
Our gratitude also extends to those who contributed to create the
liturgical environment for Advent and Christmas and all of our liturgical
ministers whose service is so important to our worship.
Thank
you for your many signs of love. God's blessings for the New Year.
Fr.
George Smiga

pending both in Ohio and on the national level that will have an
impact (either positively or negatively) on the values fostered
by Catholic social teaching. Alerts include contact information
for the legislators involved and suggested points to be emphasized
when we make our contacts. Part of our call as Christians
is to advocate for those who are in poverty, suffering injustices
