Dear Parishioner,

Our building project is drawing to a close. Parish offices have been relocated in the new wing and PSR has begun to use the lower level for classes. Pre-school and the nursery will soon follow. The former parish offices are now being remodeled into additional meeting space. We hope to have the new wing landscaped by the end of the year. Finishing touches will of course continue for several months. But it is time to plan a celebration of the successful conclusion to our project.

After consultation with our Parish Council, we have invited Bishop Pilla to join us on Friday evening, October 17th to celebrate what we have been able to accomplish through your involvement and support. The program will begin with evening prayer at 7:00 p.m. in our church with Bishop Pilla presiding. Afterwards, there will be a reception in the narthex and new wing. You will be able to visit with the Bishop and view all areas of the new wing. In this way you can more easily appreciate the wonderful new facility which will now serve our community.

Further details will be forthcoming in the weeks ahead but please mark your calendars and plan to join us on October 17.

Fr. George Smiga
