St. Noel
Parish Endowment Fund is a tax-exempt corporation whose purpose
is to sustain the future needs of St. Noel Parish. Funds generated
from gifts given to the fund will be used exclusively for
the educational, pastoral and social concerns needs of the
parish.
The fund was established in 1997 with a initial gift of $60,000. Through additional gifts and careful investing under the guidance of Fidelity Investments, the original gift continues to grow.
Each year the Board of the Endowment Fund will determine a
certain percentage of the interest of the fund to be given
for special projects at St. Noel.
Grants given to St. Noel have bought needed equipment for
our pre-school and religious education programs, stipends
for college students to serve as summer interns working with
our parish youth programs, assistance to our refugee families
relocating in the United States from Bosnia, and a grant to
bring nationally-known speaker, Barbara Coloroso, to speak
to parents at St. Noel on "Kids Are Worth It."
Bequests can be made to the Endowment Fund under the direction
of a will. A memorial gift can be made in memory of a deceased
loved one. Gifts can be offered in the form of cash or through
appreciated assets which often result in immediate tax deductions.
We would be happy to answer any questions you might have concerning
the St. Noel Endowment Fund or the options for contributing
to it. Please call the parish office (440-946-0887) in order
to contact a member of the Endowment Board.
